Hello, I brought a 1995 Ford Explorer and was told by the seller that he had replaced the fuel pump and it still would not start. Well my diagnostics led me to the fuel pump. I have replace it, swapped the computer, control module, coil, and a few relays.
All fuses have been checked in both fuse boxes.
I am getting a NO LINK instead of a code, I believe this is my main problem and need to know what to do. Also, when I turn the ignition key ON, I cannot hear the fuel pump and after trying to remove the 20 AMP fuse I noticed the fuel pump pumping, but will continue to pump until I try to start the vehicle. I have around a $1,000.00 tied up in it and feel if I go to the dealer it will cost another $1,000.00 or more to find the problem. I would like to know what else can I try. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
