Why does my fuel pump only kick on at random? Sometimes the fuel pump will turn on, sometimes it wont. Replace fuel relay fuse already. What are my other options

Faulty fuel pump
need to check for power at the pump if have power and good ground
fuel pump at fault and need to be replaced
