1995 Ford Explorer engine

I did a tune up, but the ingine still shakes only in drive D or in reverseR in neutral the engine is fine, the muffler has to be change, idk wht is wrong

The idle is lower in gear. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure as well as the fuel pressure regulator?
