1994 Ford Explorer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

now that i'm using the air the 4 main front vents has very little air coming out why is that?

Chances are there is a vacuum leak under the dash. THe vents are actuated by vacuum. If there is a leak, they won't work properly. Check that out. If you have the engine running, you may get lucky and hear a hissing sound.
