How do I replace the window motor (pass. Front) in my 1994 ford explorer?

I will give you a general idea, but I do recommend having a manual to help guide you.

You need to remove the door panel to access it. The motor will be mounted with rivits. THey will need drilled out. Remove the wiring connection and remove the old motor. WHen you replace it, use nuts, bolts, and lock washers. NOTE: THere may be a spring that will come undone when you do this. Watch for it.
