I was told the nss was the reason I have no reverse lights I changed all the bulbs and fuses. I just put a new tranny in my truck. Where on the tranny is this switch located? And would this be the reason why my truck gives me a problem turning over?

IT is located on the side of the transmission case, left side If bad, it can cause problems starting. For example, you may need to start the car in neutral rather than park. It is a non-adjustable part.
