1994 Ford Explorer brakes

Is there a bake back off screw to losen up the back brakes. If not how do you brake a stuck drum from the pads?

Towards the top of the backing plate there should be an elongated hole that may have a rubber plug in it. Remove the plug and use a flat screwdriver or a brake adjusting tool to back it off.
