1994 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Automatic
my car wont pass 25 mph. i had a mechanic check it and he said it was my fuel pump relay. so he just switched it out with another one and my car started to work fine. now its doing the same problem and i replaced the relay but its still not passing 25 to 35 mph. do i need to replace the eec power relay? or what else can be the problem?
