1993 Ford Explorer Winshield Wipers

I turned my windshiled wipers on the other day, and they got stuck in the up position. I turned the dial again but they won't go down. I hear the click for when I turn them on but they won't go down or work at all for that matter. I think it could be a fuse, but I am not sure.

There is only one fuse for the wipers. It is in the dash fuse block. It appears to be fuse #2. If the washer works, then the wiper fuse is good as they are on the same circuit. If the fuse is good, you might have a bad wiper motor or switch.
