1993 Ford Explorer stalls when put into gear

1993 ford exployer
the motor and tranny run perfect but when i put it into gear it stalls hard.i had the same problem two weeks ago and i spreyed out the air flow sensers with electrical parts cleaner and the throtel body with fuel injecter cleaner and it ran and drove perfectly and now i have the same problem..what can the problem be

When was the fuel filter replaced last? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has the check engine light come on?
