the truck ran fine when it was parked, we haven`t drove it for 5 days, this morning when we started it, it has a loud knocking sound on the driver side of the engine. what could it be?

A knocking sound usualy is from a bad main / crank bearing or a rod bearing. Is the oil full and clean?
