1993 Ford Explorer Two Wheel Drive Automatic 78,657 miles

when I leave for the first time for the day my car has high rpm shifts, it only does it once then after that the car is fine. I've already had the fluid and filter changed and the machanic that changed it said the metal shavings looked normal and said everything what he could see looked fine.
