1993 Ford Explorer fuel pump question

1993 Ford Explorer 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The engine turns over but just don't catch to keep running. we think it is the fuel pump but we want to make sure this car is set up with a fuel pump shut off switch we was wondering where is it located.

The inertia switch is located on right side of transmission hump, underneath carpet on toe board
