1992 Ford Explorer Remove broken key

I have broken my key off into the ignition and believe I need to remove the ignition cylinder to do so. How do I remove the cylinder?

To access the tumbler, you need to remove the steering wheel. If you have an air bag, make sure to disconnect the battery a minimum of 30 minutes prior to taking things apart to avoid possible deployment of the air bag.
