1992 Ford Explorer Four Wheel Drive Automatic 90,000 miles

How do you replace the rear axle seal, what is the
procedure ?

your going to have to jack up the rear end. drain diff fluid. remove brakes. pull out retaining pin and take out pinion shaft in the rear end. then remove retainer from the axle shaft. pull shaft out. from there pull out seal. put new one in. grease it up.
