1992 Ford Explorer no gas flow, no fire

while driving normal road and temp conditions, vehicle engine just stopped. Battery okay, fuild levels are okay. Not getting any spark and no fuel flowing.

In the Relay block under the hoodk check eht EEC relay and let me know what you find.
