1992 Ford Explorer Emission Fail

My vehicle fail emission due to high NOX I just got a new CAT and I don't think it has a EGR. Everything else was burning clean. What else could it be?

Most Fords have EGR, I would double check that. If so, manually pull the valve on and th eengine should stumble hard, if not the passages are plugged up.Otherwise, try smogging it when the engine is cooler, NOX is ehxaust gas temp
