I have a 1991 Ford Explorer that my father gave me. It sat in the yard for 5 years since the last time he drove it. I have been driving it about two months now. It does this chugging thing like I have bad gas, if its in gear, it is running at about 1500 rpms, and wont go over 25 mph. But if I put it in neutral, I can rev it right up. What is the deal??
