1991 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my explorer is hard to start when cold,and sometimes will not start at all,in warm weather starts fine,but when cool will not attempt to start,can this be my iac?

Chances are the IAC isn't causing a hard start. Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
