1991 Ford Explorer Four Wheel Drive

For the last few week every time I use my breaks or drive over a speed dump I hear this clunking noise like something gets stuck then clunks back into place It sound's like it is coming from drivers
side front around were my tire is can
you tell me what this sound is coming
from .thank you

Could be ball joints, radius arm bushing, or a sloppy fitting brake caliper.
