1991 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1991 ford explorer and i can not find the fuel pump relay and how would i test it

It is located on the right front fender's relay block. Here is a picture:

You need to check if there is power to the relay and then when you turn the key on, if there is power out. In many cases, you will find another relay in the car with the same part number.
