1979 Ford Explorer loud noise in the front wheel

1979 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

in the front left wheel it catches,clunks very loud like something had gotten caught,now its clicking very loud and vibrates alot

Try to remove the 4wd hub and regrease it.
