My truck was broken into by someone I know and they have cut the wires by the fuse and relay box. Antifreeze was leaking on my passenger side because I bought a can for my A/C and he cut it open, but I cannot figure anything out. Everything under the hood looks good but it will not start. Can anyone help? Please and thank you in advance.

Did you repair all the cut wiring, and check to see if there were other cut wires?
Check the fuses as well, and depending on how the wires were cut it may have damaged the Powertrain Control Module or the instrument panel. Both of those need to function correctly or the engine won't run.

I would also try a security reset as it may have tripped the system and cut power to the fuel/ignition system.

After that you would need to check for spark and fuel to determine which is missing.
