No fuel

I have a 1999 ford expedition with the 5.4L It's not starting. I shot a little ether in the air intake and it fired. All the relays fuses are ok. Then I pulled and tested the fuel pump and its working

Did you check the fuel pressure?

no i didn't the injecters were replaced about 3\months ago
