BLOWER SWITCH RESISTOR

i purchased a resistor from Ford and asked if it was acessable under the dash and they said it was , but I can't find it. Any diagrams would be helpful.

The blower motor is in the right side of engine compartment and the resistor is near by it. Follow the wire that comes out of the blower motor.
