The spark plug is broke off below the threads how Do I get it out

You have two choices. This has become a problem on these vehicles. As a result, a special tool to extract them has been developed. You may need to take it to a dealer to have them take it out. Other than that, the head needs removed and the part removed or drilled out and a helicoil installed.
