Please Help!

I was driving my truck on the interstate and after about 15 minutes engine light came on and I was unable to accelerate. Then after a brief moment it was driving normal again. After about 1 minute it did the same thing. On the way to the Ford Dealership Service department the 0/D or O/O off light came on. I could not accelerate beyond 20mph and not at all up hill. My truck never stalled out just would not accelerate. Is this transmission? Fuel pump? What are your thoughts?

Thank you for your time!!!
