2004 Ford Expedition rough idle, no codes and poor gas mile

I have recently had to rebuild the engine. The truck idles rough and has poor gas mileage. I have cleaned the MAF with the CRC MAF cleaner. any suggestions would really help.

Does the engine only miss at an idle or does it have a constant miss? What about power, does it feel normal? I will assume you scanned the computer and found no codes.
