2004 Ford Expedition Differential Fluid Change

I was just quoted an estimate of $300 to change the differential fluid for my 2004 Ford Expedition -- front and rear -- is this something that can be done at home?

Front should have a drain plug down below and fill plug up in the side mid way up the challenge is to refill it rear you may have to remove cover and drain the fluid fill is in the mid by before draining any make sure you have the fill plugs out it takes SAE 80W-90 XY-80W90-QL WSP-M2C197-A
