2003 Ford Expedition what should I check first

Both the rear and front end has lower, but didnt hit anything to make it drop

Hi there,

The air suspension system is very complex, do you have any error message on the message center? can you get a diagnostic scan done?

Run this test and if you still have no answer re post and i will see what i can find out.
