I had mag wheels & old tires until 188,000--truck vibrated
Now original wheels--brand new tires--truck still vibrates 40 to 70mph--sometimes worse then other times it tends to almost dissapear

Is the vibration the same as the old wheels? Are the tires properly balanced? Have you checked for worn or bad u-joints?

Let me know.

Joe I saw your reply. I changed back to original wheels, new tires and they were eletronically balanced. So using your idea I went to Ford and they did say it was the u-joints. They were changed and it is smooooth now. They did tell me my rear wheel bearings are going too though.
