2003 Ford Expedition starter relays

truck keeps blowing starter relays, 3 in two days. i feel like it might be an electrical short but not sure. ignition switch or starter solenoid maybe?

Is it the coils going bad, or the contacts. What do the contacts in the socket look like? Please advise.
