2003 Ford Expedition V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

2003 Expedition 4.6 engine, took to Pep Boys they ran test and said it should be a faulty spark plug. changed spark plugs still turning light on. I noticed when light is flashing Air Conditioning stalls. Do you think I should change the Coils?

WHat is happening? Do you have a miss in the engine? If so, the AC will make it worse.
