How do I remove my rear door panel on my 2003 ford expedition so I can put my window that fell back on track?

There are screws and clips that hold it in place. NOTE: The screws are most likely hidden under small plastic caps. Use a small screwdriver to remove the caps and expose the screws.

After removing the screws, there are clips between the door and the panel. Carefully pull on the panel so as not to break them. Disconnect the power supply to the power window switch and remove the panel.
