2003 Ford Expedition brake pedal goes to floor

Intermitant problem, during a panic stop at low speed the brake pedal goes to the floor. What could cause this?

Hi there,

If there are no external fluid leaks, you will probably have a by-passing brake master cylinder, have this checked first.
