2003 Ford Expedition Air conditioning malfunction

Cool air from the air conditioning is coming from the vents on top of the dashboard. I've tried to switch all control buttons but with no success. As a result of this situation, the air conditioning efficiency has been compromised.

I'd appreciate any insights in solving this problem.

you need to check for leaks at the vacuum source line ..
