The wiper motor is not pumping any fluid to the wipers. The fuse is good.

if the washer motor is not turning on when switched on but fuse is good then test for power at washer motor. if power does not exist, switch may be faulty. if power does exist but washer does not turn on then washer motor needs replaced.
