WHAT IS THE TORK FOR THE HUB WHEN CHANGING THE BERRINGS

is it a sealed wheel bearing assembly? or is it unsealed?

the sealed will be torqued around 120ft lbs and the unsealed will be torqued to about 30 ft pounds, wheel turned, torque backed off, then nut finger tightened.
