I am having a problem with the interior lights all lights on the dashboard and headlights and tail lights flashing.And does not stop..When the car is off or on..There is also a clicking noise coming from it sounds like near the fuse box under the hood...

It sounds like a anti theft problem. Is the enti theft light flashing?
