2002 Ford Expedition Brakes

I recently changed the brake pads and now when I apply the brakes, the steering wheel and car shutter like crazy. I know that the back side of one rotor is pretty well worn. What could cause the shuttering?

You have runout issue! Or warped rotors, replace them!
