2001 Ford Expedition V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when key is in acc position wipers and radio works fine. when key is in run position,radio is on ,turn on wipers radio goes out and wipers doesnt work,when wiper knob is turned off radio comes on

It sounds like the problem is coming from the ignition switch. Have you checked that?
