2001 Ford Expedition cyl. misfire/bank 1 lean

My check engine light came on for a num 1 cyl misfire and when the coil was replaced the check engine light came back on. Now I have 3 codes; cyl. 3 and 8 misfire and bank 1 running lean.
What could cause this?
What should I try?

Have you replaced all spark plugs?
