My vehicle will not keep water in the or collant in the resovoir. It's like it evaporates, no water leaking out. Blows white smoke from tailpipe

It sounds like you have a bad head gasket. WHen coolant enters the combustion chamber, it burns white, the same as you described coming from the exhaust. You will not see a leak because it being burned. Also, check the motor oil to see if any coolant is mixing with the it.
