when it is rainy the radio goes off when the vehicle is put in gear. In neutral or park it will come back on but in any gear it goes off. the wipers will work fine when in park or neutral but they can not be adjusted once it is in gear. The Ford mechanic did not see any signs of a leak but has no idea what is wrong
