2000 Ford Expedition overhead Compass and temp readout/ co

Hello,
I have an 2000 expedition. The readout is now only working off and on with the compass and temp in overhead console.

If I push button in hard sometimes it will come on stay on for a while eventually does not come on again.

I got another moduale out of a EB edition. It has a miliage readout to.
Will it work in my 2000 XLT. I am assuming they would not have used 2 harnesses and the engine sensors may be there for the milage readout to work to?

If the plugin connector will fit the replacement module, it should. Your original module sounds like it may have just had a connection problem.

You've got a 50/50 chance. Many times Ford wires the harness for most of the popular options whether they are ordered or not.
