Electrical problem
1999 Ford Expedition V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

The rear windshield wiper works intermittantly. I had the motor replaced, it worked one time upon demand and since then has worked on an intermittant basis (1 out of 12 times turned on)

I have the same vehicle and I have to smack mine to get it to work. Never have the time to fix it. What you need to do is remove the door panel from the inside and check to make sure you are getting power to it when it isn't working. Chances are the plug is loose, corroded or damaged.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
