1999 Ford Expedition Heater/def smells like coolant

When turning on Def....smells like coolant and doen't warm. Also, caused the from window to fog with heavy condensation. Heater give no heat and when refill coolant it leaks on exterior roughy where the front passenger feet would be

Hi there,

Get a cooling system pressure test done with the heater on and the engine hot, i feel that the heater core has failed, this will show up any leaks in the system.
