1999 Ford Expedition Fuel injectors

I did a motor swap (4.6 liter) and now the motor runs, however the fuel pump was replaced and now the pump/ injectors flood the engine w/ gasoline to where the cylinders lock up at shutoff.

fuel pressure regulator... sounds like the diaphragm let go inside.... let us know what you find.
