1999 Ford Expedition Engine Size unknown Four Wheel Drive Automatic n/a miles

i am having trouble when i mash the gas, it feels like it moves very slow and while driving i can smell gas, two small hoes popped off when mashing gas, feels like pipes are clogged up.

The two small hoses come from that small flexible exhaust pipe? If yes check your catalytic converters, one or more are broken inside, and the pieces are jammed in the exhaust.
