4X4 BLINKING LIGHT ON DASH,BUT TRANSFER CASE IS NOT ENGAGE.

Chances are there is a problem with the actuator on the transfer case. Check to see if it is getting power when you switch to 4wd. If you are, chances are it needs replaced.
